This test page initiates navigations (both main-frame and sub-frame) in different ways. It can be used to test edge-cases with how browser extensions can block/redirect navigation requests.
We used this when tweaking the cross-extension request blocking logic for navigation requests in Chrome, see https://crbug.com/382670035.
